Staatsolie Maatschappij Suriname N.V. invites qualified and experienced service providers to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) for customs clearance, freight forwarding and inland transportation services in support of Staatsolie and its subsidiaries.
Through this EOI, Staatsolie aims to establish a shortlist of qualified companies. Service providers may express interest in the full scope of services, provided they can demonstrate the required capability, experience, and operational and financial capacity.
Only participating respondents that submit their EOI on time and meet all applicable criteria will be invited to the next stage of the procurement process, the Invitation to Bid (ITB). Companies that do not participate in this EOI will not be considered for the ITB phase.
The deadline for submitting an Expression of Interest is 16 October 2026 at 15:00 hrs. Suriname time.
